While working at Alior Bank, Piotr was responsible for building from scratch and leading the Internet Department responsible for digital banking, e-commerce, digital payments, web portal, online marketing, users acquisition and innovations. He also had a key role in launching Alior Sync - the first fully digital bank of a new generation.
In addition to these honourable positions, Piotr was a Principal at Corviglia Capital Fund, where he was identifying investment opportunities, managing a pipeline and running & executing deals. He was also actively involved in the fundraising process.
Before joining the VC fund, Piotr was a Managing Director at Bank BNP Paribas where he led Digital Transformation & supported the bank in its journey ‘from bricks to clicks’.
Before joining BNP Paribas, Piotr gained wind in his sails by creating a new digital transformation consulting service while working as Head of Digital Transformation Consultancy at Asseco South Eastern Europe.
He also shares his knowledge with those sailing in the field of Fintech at the University of Warsaw.
Currently Piotr is involved in a number of startup mentoring activities including MIT Enterprise Forum CEE, where he is working with early stage startup founders from CEE and supporting their development and scaling up.
